alright, from looking at a person:
-if they are high
-if they have any medical disease like diabetes aids ect (only optometrist can do this)
-if they feel angry, frustrated, hurt, sad, depressed, happy, broken-hearted
-if they just killed someone (unexplainable)
-if they have eyes
-what color eyes they have
-if they are willing to tell you something
-their mood
-if they want you to stop talking
-if they are expecting something
-if they are smart
-if they are dumb
"The eyes are the window to the soul" -Some philosophical optometrist (could be something I read in a fortune cookie though)

Eyes tell the state of mind of a person. The guilty are always afraid to look directly into the eyes of the innocent. Eyes can be used to express love. love gaze.You can communicate with your eyes-soldiers. When the curtain is closed, the body will reveal what is in the mind.

Of course you can. That's why people make eye contact. Example, in a business room, sometimes intimidation is key to making or breaking a deal. Since physical intimidation is frowned upon, emotional and mental intimidation is good. Staring down others and sending "icy glares" is definitely an option. Take Muslim women for another example. Some have to cover their faces with only their eyes showing. They are experts at conveying emotions and messages through their eyes.

No of course you can't. If you could then we would never need to get to know each other as we would already know so much. You can't tell a thing by looking at someones eyes or any other part of them.

Personally, no. Not at all. I can read people better by talking to them, or by body language very well. But not just with eyes.

Yes you can, I always look into peoples eyes as I can tell if they are not being honest.
