I was trying to keep my new baby puppy safe and ended up burning my arm........starting to hurt bad!!!

Thanks everyone ......my puppy is fine.......Can't say the same for my arm though!! I did just run cold water over it.......my burn is white.....with red all around it!!!! And it still hurts like an SOB!!!!

I don't have any aloe vera plants here........maybe I need to buy one!!!!

cold water asap! putting cold water on it will reduce the burning. because believe it or not, when you first get burned, it continues to burn deeper for a while.

Sorry to hear about your puppy, but a real aloe leaf is best. Some of my family is from Hawaii, and I brought back a couple of small plants. If you live near NC, I'd give you some!!

mix baking soda and water to make a paste..it takes out the sting and helps prevent blistering

aloe vera.....or butter...just kidding dont put butter on it.....aloe is the best straight from the plant i think...that is if you have an aloe house plant..........you can get aloe at a drug store
