what does it mean?

On the Bomb it says "Iran or Bust" And Bush says "I am the decider right" the back ground looks like a a door way and windows. Cheney has a happy face nad his hand is ready for a high five. Bush is counfushed and has his hand pointed with his pointing finger to his mouth like he is unsure of his question asked. Bush is to the right nad Cheney is to the left.

if bush doesn't take out Iran next then the "mission has not been accomplished" for their leader Cheney!!!

bush is the puppet that had the pull to get into the white-house and push Cheney's agenda full steam, as Cheney sat back in the shadows where absolutely no-one could touch him!!!

i bet if bush himself changed his ways that somehow some law would be brought up where Cheney couldn't be touched, he's not part of our government!!!

but he get his funding through our tax money!!!

This was a political cartoon, right?
I can't critique on all of it, but I'm sure "Iran or Bust" is meant to imply that the Pres. is deciding to invade Iran.
