It depends on what it is never to late for. Like having children, you can very well wait to long and then yes it is to late. But something like going to college, it is never to late for that. Or then telling someone you are sorry, can very well be to late if you don't do it and then something happens to them. So over all, no I don't agree with the concept of "its never to late"

It's never too late for what? It depends on what it is. You need to be more specific in order to get a direct answer. Somethings it's never too late and somethings it is too late.
