First buy a house from a real estate agent ( you can find one in many of the major towns ). Your starting house will be in remington & consist of a garden & entrance portal. From there you build furniture to gain levels & add rooms as you go.
If you'd like to buy furniture that is better than what you can make you can get flatpack furniture from other players.
If you'd like to see a decent house ( now more of a castle ) in progress look me up ingame. My characters name is uath13.

You have to buy one from a real estate person. You can find him under the house icon in falador, or in other cities in the member areas
