She passed away Saturday during surgery. Please pray for him and his family during this hard time.

from reports, it was during a cosmetic procedure. so, i'm sure it was even more unexpected since she wasn't ill and didn't have surgery to attempt to cure anything. makes us all think twice about how far we'll go to fix our "flaws".
