Br2(l)--> Br-(aq) + BrO3- (aq)
Br2 is both the reducing agent and the oxidizing agent.
3Br2(l) + 6OH- ==> 5Br-(aq) + BrO3- (aq) + 3H2O

CN- (aq) + [Fe(CN6]3- (aq)--> OCN- (aq) + [Fe(CN)64- (aq)
CN- is the reducing agent and [Fe(CN6]3- is the oxidizing agent.
CN- + 2[Fe(CN)6]3- + 2OH- ==> OCN- + 2[Fe(CN)6]4- + H2O
