The U.N. doesn't have the cajones for that. Good thing His Majesty, King Juan Carlos does and put that South american ****** in his place. Everyone should follow his example.

Ole! Bravo King of Spain It is about time that rude dictator Chavez talks too much,and never has anything decent to say. He should be sent to learn how to behave, before making any public appearance.Then perhaps he can teach Castro some etiquette
