"How fast will they respond to the advise ??"
99% of the time they won't respond at all. Even if they do, you'll never know because their files are confidential. To get a response, you've pretty much got to be reporting something like a factory hiring dozens of illegals. "My neighbor Jose is an illegal alien" isn't going to get a response.

Come on. Do you really want to send this person back to Mexico/Pakistan/China or wherever? All they want is a better life. You should read the book "Crossing The Wire" by Will Hobbs to get a different POV (Point of View)
