Become more productive. Minimize corruption and conflict. Demand better from their leaders. Institute personal responsibility into the social fabric.

Underdeveloped nations can try to better their education, security, economy, etc.
Developed nations can donate money, offer volunteer workers to go over and help, etc

Hungry, poor people can go where the food and money are.
Developed nations can send them suitcases to pack.

In 50 years, those messed up nations won't be any more prosperous.
