I've been looking around and I haven't been able to find it. I looked around Yahoo Answers and found one question that resembled mine but it wasn't notebook paper. (http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=At0._0pdISa4SBvtuISqDHlIzKIX;_ylv=3?qid=20071029115038AArXTUn)

I, really doubt you'll find any. Notebook paper is not manufactured for any artistic purposes. It is designed for taking notes with typical, dark-inked pens. The only pens that might work on black paper would be those metallic gel pens, and most people wouldn't spend the money to buy expensive pens for taking notes.

That means that black, or any other dark notebook paper would be a HIGHLY specialized item with little demand. With no demand, a paper manufacturer wouldn't go through the expense of creating and producing the product.

If you have the intention of creating some original artwork, based on black paper, then make some, yourself.
