This is a 1992 Tempo GL (Vulcan V6, ATX transaxle)
I took this video with the car set in Neutral, as you can see the tachometer needle becomes unstable near 3,000 rpms, this is more evident when the car is in motion and it also make the car acceleration unstable, I have no clue why this is happening!
After the 3,000 rpms threshold is reached the engine again regains power and can go at top speed.
Does this possibly have to do with the MAF or TPS sensors?
Does anyone have an idea of what's happening?

The car has been recently tuned up ( 2 weeks ago), fuel filter and spark plugs were also replaced, it's fuel injected.
I'll check the distributor and cables, then the TPS
