,The best places to live is in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Holland. The social security and well fare is very high as well as the education level as all education is more or less free of charge.
To visit, I really don't know to give an advice as I do not know what kind of interests you have.

There are two best places to live in Europe 1) Hamburg 2) Barcelon(a)(e). There are alot of best places to visit.
