Seriously -- why are men so obsessed with the length of their penises???

You guys have no idea what you are talking about!
1) The majority of women, by far, are not obsessed with their breasts. If you go to the Women’s Health area, you'll see that most questions are about health!
2) The stats I read recently in an article stated that approximately 350,000 women in the US have breast implants. That isn’t really very many.
3) It seems as though every question in Mens Health has to do with penis size!
4) Sexually mature women (aka experienced) know that penis length does not really matter! I swear--the women who are man haters only say it is important to mess with your heads! Length doesn't matter unless you are teeny tiny.
5) Sexually mature women (aka experienced) know that penis girth is much more important. About 1.5" across will do.
6) There are so many ways to please a woman, that penis size really is irrelevant. I wish you guys would focus more on technique! I'd love to find you guys asking each other how best to please a woman. : )

I disagree with Minkie. I know there is a stereotype of teen girls thinking they need big boobs--but not grown women!

Boobs are beautiful in every size! : ) I truly beleive that most women are very confident that their breast size is enough -- whatever their size is.

Mykelti: I had to laugh. Even women who love sex do *not* find penises attractive. We might enjoy playing with them, but we don't really care about looking at them. A man would be better served by improving his smile, his manners, or his technique than his penis size.

About boob size, have I thought about it? Yes! But I love my boobs and I'm only a B -- maybe bordering on C. But I like the way they look and I feel sexy and confident about them.

Psychologically Speaking: Penis is like a Trophy the Bigger the Better. Though I learned that it does not really matter what size your caring along. Still it has a personal effect.

Men by nature are Strong and Dominant With what society dictates Most men are into what society is saying. Just like women, when society dictates that having a big breast is ok most women then are into it. Its either they have breast augmentation or they purchase Bra that maximize the size.

I think the real culpit behind all of this, Is what the Media Dictates or say....they have the most influential way of communicating to the society. Although its still goes down to the bottom .....its about you YOU and ME....its us to decide who decide what choices to make and what things to instill on our minds.

Me, personally, I'm not obsessed. Some guys on here are trolls, like that one "boy" who was 10 years old who claimed he had a 10 inch penis. WTF IS THAT? Or a 23 year old with a 2 inch penis. Again...WTF...?

You are completely not understanding that, society, is making some feel inferior to others, (which is the natural way) and some guys just come on to answers and say, my penis is ___ long.

You cannot say ever that you haven't thought about your boobs being to big/small/bust/flat whatever.

SO your question fails. Some guys are bold/outgoing and go into public and announce their sizes, some don't.

Big deal.

I think it's mostly due to the reactions some women make when the idea of a larger than average penis comes into mind.....they gasp, they smile, they ooooh, they ahhhh....."oh my god it's so big!!!!" and then some......I think you get the picture......I think if men ever overheard women saying "oh my that 5 inch penis is just the right size" we wouldn't be obsessing about having large members.

Other way around ... Guys have been saying that theirs was huge, probably ever since the advent of language, and with more women being doctors the truth is finally out. In any case, as any woman with experience will tell you, in the long run, as long as it is even close to normal size (3.5 to 7 inches) and reasonable girth, it is far more important what you do with it than how big it is. That being said, CONFIDENCE is sexy - and someone who is not confident due to how they perceive their anatomy will be perceived will have more problems than others.

Lions have large manes (or is it mains?)
Elephants have long tusks.
Guys want big *****.

It's nothing to do with satisfying women, but it's proving that they are more manly than their peers, and therefore more able to be the alpha male. That's my theory anyway.

I think if they have a smaller size they don't feel like a man. It's the same with women and their boobs.

Beacause we all think we have something to proove, so in order to do that we find the thing we find most attracting on our bodies and try to make it better or bigger in this case.
