Yup I sure do! and I love them.. even when I modeled.. I tried to make sure that the make up used didn't completely cover my freckles. I love them!

yes, a few here and there scattered about all over. But i am not freckeled
but in small patches, i am not covered; ROFL. â¥

yes, it comes with the hair. my mom used to call them angel kisses. that's what i call my sons too, they love it.
