Absolutely! We grill year around and have been doing so from Michigan to Texas for many years. Since most grilling recipes recommend grilling things like steaks, boneless chicken breasts, pork chops and burgers over direct-medium heat (350°F to 375°F) on a covered grill, the only difference is maybe taking a few more minutes to get the grilling surface searing hot and increasing the grilling time slightly, depending on the outside temperature.
To calculate these adjustments we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. Enter the details of the items being grilled and the outside temperature. It will give you instructions for when to put on and turn each item so that everything comes off the grill at the same time, grilled just the way you want it.
As others have said, you may want to move the grill closer and protect it (and yourself) from the cold winds, if possible.

As already spoke of with the aid of different posters, propane actual works purely positive whilst its chilly, and you wont many times see any alterations in it from 0 ranges to a hundred ranges exterior. whether purely like all different textile in existence, temperature does have an impact on the tank it self. Have some warning in case you adjust the temperature of our environment of the tank extensively which comprise taking it from a freezer and putting in in direct solar on an afternoon thats ninety ranges, definite it sounds stupid, yet you will get cracking and warping on your fittings, which will reason leaks, so all in all, it is going to paintings purely positive yet dont letter the temperature replace extensively on it, and do assume which you will lose some propane over the winter months from organic leakage of the can

You sure can! I used to live up north and would drive my neighbors crazy with "cooking out aromas"! If you have a garage bring it in the garage and make sure you keep the door open, otherwise just bring it closer to the house and enjoy!
