This question should be in the Chemistry Section. The first step is to balance the equation.
2LiOH + CO2 → Li2CO3 + H2O
Nothing can be done without a balanced equation.

Work out moles of CO2: moles = molar mass/ mass
so moles = 44/ 176.04 = 0.25
0.25 moles CO2 should give O.25 moles of Li2CO3
93.18% of 0.25 moles = 0.233 moles of Li2CO3
convert that back into grams: mass = molar mass/ moles
so mass = 66/ 0.233 = 283.26g
