I want to buy brand new porsche from the porsche factory outlet can someone please find and tell me the address of that or where the factory is located.

there is no Factory outlet, it must still be ordered from the dealership. You have the option of accepting the car in Germany, at the factory in Stuttgart. This is extremely expensive, as the car must be shipped overseas, separately, instead of on a boat that has other Porsche's on it already. It also costs a pretty penny for the airfare, lodging, and Customs fees.

my uncle had this done, and I think he paid something like $40k for it, which was close to 30% of the purchase price of his car.

You can find this information on their website under "European Delivery". Depending on which model Porsche you would purchase you would either take delivery at the Zuffenhausen (just outside of Stuttgart) or Leipzig factory (produced the Cayenne and Carrera GT).

You have to buy one from a dealer, then you may be able to request european delivery and then pick it up at the factory. Shipping will be costly and a pain to get it back to the states.
