No, it hasn't at all where I live.
I live in the south of England, hampshire.
It would be good for one day, but it hasnt yet!

often times we've snow in Kansas city at Christmas, yet frequently snow occurs in January and February. This 3 hundred and sixty 5 days changed into an exception. The snow has determined it extremely likes it right here.

Why yes, it does. I couldn't imagine Christmas without snow. That would be like Easter without rabbits in the yard.
