I feel madly in love with my best friend. I kiss her, hug her, hold her---but never ever have sex. She doesn't want sex, I don't want sex, and we both agreed if we were ever to have sex it would'nt be planned and it would just happen out of our love.
Are we considerd a lesbian couple? We are in love, but we don't have sex.

I admire you because you don't force and rush things. And that is rare nowadays. ;)

To answer your question, yes. I consider you a lesbian couple. It's not always about sex. It's about who you're emotionally attracted to at the end of the day. But then again, labels make things complicated and they mess with your head. So I suggest, just throw away the categorization stuff and go on ahead with the great things that are happening in your life. Don't fuss about it. You are who you are. You're in love with the person you're in love with. Let's just leave it at that, shall we? Do take care of yourself! And your girlfriend! ;)

Far as I know lesbians have SEX woman to woman, all these labels have to do with SEXUAL orientation, not simply affection and love, but you say you both kiss each other and if your frenching another woman I personally consider that a lesbian act because Im straight and Id NEVER kiss a woman in the mouth, but I do have close female friends whom I love and I hug them or give them a kiss on the cheek sometimes.

Love isn't sex, sex isn't love.
you can have sex when your in love,
you can have sex when your not in love.

Love can be what ever you want it to be
Sex can be what ever you want it to be

you can be lesbians
you can be turtles

you can care what others think
you could give a crap what others think

What to you want to be?

and now that I see that you say you are only 15, it's called a crush. Your just lucky enough to be living in a society that encourages intimate contact between minors. Don't you have any home work to do?

Yes you're still a lesbian couple. If you're really in love with each other don't hold back let yourself enjoy the sex as well as the cuddling and kissing.

perhaps, but if you have feelings for the opposite sex as well, then you're probably experiencing bisexual feelings. Lesbianism and homosexuality is not constituted solely by intercourse or sexual acts. It has a lot to do with emotion as well.

in accordance to christianity, having sexual intercourse with somebody of the same gender is a sin. despite the fact that, christianity additionally states that in case you honestly repent and settle for Jesus as your savior, your sins would be forgiven and you gets to circulate to Heaven besides. of course, on condition that neither Heaven nor Hell particularly exist actual, you have no longer something to fret approximately.

Yes. Sex is a matter of choice. There are heterosexual people who don't have sex. They are still heterosexual. Being a lesbian is a good thing if that is who you really are.

I don't know... I guess it depends on what kind of love you have for each other. How old are you? It most certainly isn't a sexual love. Are you sexually attracted to her? But maybe its a deep companionship type of love which i am thinking is the best type of love to have.
