its a parents choice to name their children whatever they like!!! There's a lot more weirder names out there in the celebrity world so do as you please!!!

Honey is a cute nickname, but it's an atrocious given name. I know a lot of people use random words as names, but are we really up to 'necklace' as a name now? All I can see is a gooey necklace around a porn star's neck. Gross!
How about:
Helena Naomi Rainer
Harper Jade Rainer
Hestia Cloud Rainer

Is Rainer even a name, or is it the last name? If it's a name it's horrible! Honey isn't the worst name (It's better than Spontanious, or worse: Spoantayneeouseigh!) but Necklace and rainer aren't names!

What about
Honey Elizabeth Rainer.
Mixing Honey with a very classic and senisble middle name might make it more serious.
Of course you could also call her any other name and then nickname her Honey.
Or an H name, might be appropriate:

i think you may be putting your child at risk to be ridiculed. kids (girls especially) can be vicious when it comes to wearing the wrong shoes or having the wrong hairstyle...now if you really like the name honey...melissa means honey bee...maybe you could name your child melissa and have honeybee be like your nickname for her

Ya know, I have to agree with the previous responses. It does sound like a porn name.
I seriously considered naming my first daughter April Phoenix and I am really really glad I didn't. I realized it sounded like a porn star name. I went with Allison Nicole. She gets tons of compliments.
