I would like to market them and possibly give some of the proceeds to Cancer Research as this charity is very dear to me. I wouldn't know where to start to market my cards. I am starting to build a portfolio and am able to make personalised cards for any occasion in any name. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful and make them a card!!

Many thanks

The holidays are here....check your local newspaper for holiday craft shows and bazaars. Watch the signs in front of churchs as you drive around town and call to see how much the tables are. You can bring some to sell on the table and a portfolio to take special orders.

Also consider checking into speciality stores (maternity, childrens, bridal, etc). Mom & pop stores might allow you to sell your cards for a very low or no consignment fee.

esty.com and ebay are good thoughts but most of my friends that have tried to sell craft online have been disappointed. Online the prices seem to have to be so low that it almost doesn't cover the cost of the materials.

Make up some business cards and hand them out. Put them on bulletin boards at the library and post office.

Reach out to people that through the course of their business need to write notes fairly often - Realtors (I am one so I know how much we write lol), loan officers, recruiters from large companies.

I hope this helps spark your imagination! Good luck

I have seen some of these cards (made by someone else). The were excellent quality but some were a bit bulky. She started by showing them to friends and family and pretty soon the orders started coming in. I would like to see an example of yours. Have you contacted CancerReasearch? Maybe they can help. I wish you all the luck and I know you will start selling them soon. They are a lot better than the ones in the shops.

Put them on ebay.
I would definately buy them as I like personalized cards to give out.
Sometimes I know what I want on the card and what kind of picture, but I do not know how to draw , so this would be perfect for me.

Also, take them to small businesses and see if you can put
some on a rack along with your web address.

Go to a flea market or swap meet and set up a table with
some of them and see if you can also get some orders.

Offer bogo free or half off for friends or relatives. one per customer.
