In life sometimes you can feel desperate but this should not stop you to love the life. You should at least let that someone know that you love him/if you are in love with someone and you are doing with right intention you should not be worried about that.

I haven't met a chick that's not like that. I think the only way to not feel guilty about something, is to step back and see if what you feel guilty about is justified. If it's not justified, then you might just have to sit there feeling guilty.

you might have a mind condition where certain thing effect your emotions. I know some one who has a condition like that.
