Your role in honoring America's veterans is to understand the sacrifice they make or made in the defense of this country. Many were reservists who had been called away from their jobs and family to serve. Many will say we have no business being in the Middle East and Afganistan. But these are the hot beds for terrorists who want nothing better than to subdue America. For those who served in WW2 and Korea and Veit Nam be thankful that they served. Honor their sacrifices.

Your role in honoring America's veterans is to respect those who have served in war or a time of need. Your role is to realize what they gave up to keep this country safe and free from opposing and dangerous forces. Your role is to appreciate the gifts you have been blessed with based on someone else's actions that could have killed them. Basically, be thankful, be respectful, and feel blessed.
