Yes. Do I get to pick which finger? I would pick the pinky on my left hand. I hate that finger. It mocks me.

The specific action in the question was "cut one of your fingers" ... not cut off one of your fingers.
Without more data - no - absolutely not.
With more data - maybe
It would depend on who set the contractual limits and definitions ... (i.e. what defines a cut, how MUCH is cut, how much is consumed raw)
It would also depend on what currency the dollars would be. US, Canadian, Australian, Bahamas, Barbados, Fiji?????

I live in england and dollars are american. 1 million dollars is about 500,000 pounds. so no.
