No, they are not born as tumors,,
but can become one...by that I mean troublesome, expensive,, and a burden.. at times.. and u just want to have them removed...

No. Tumors don't usually have functioning body parts, especially brains! ;)

tumor=cancer=uncontrollable division of cells...so yes, technically it is ^__^ however you can go detail smeetail and say "no it's the union of a sperm and an egg, therefore it was made to be " .blah blah blah :)
