You can save your calories by deducting from your daily total so you can eat more on T-day. If you don't want to do that then just eat less of everything. Cranberries are ok, stay away from mashed potatoes in full portions, as well as stuffing. No whipped cream on pumpkin pie and cut the gravy down to 1/4 cup.Just use portion control and if it gets too much go for a walk before and after dinner. A mile at 3mph will knock off 100 calories. Or you can add an extra 30 minutes a day to your next weeks workouts.

Yes, I'm the reason we buy cranberry sauce. My family isnt as traditional as I am lol.

never knew what it was for until Aunt Kathy showed me that you eat turkey stuffing and a bit of cranberry all together on a fork. It was awsum! so yes eat it every Thanksgiving yall should try it

If it's the jellied canned kind that you slice, then no. If my stepmom makes it, no. Other than that, then yes. The canned kind is fine, as long as it's actually sauce.

It really helps if the turkey is really dry. I prefer using that instead of gravy. YUMMY!
