Look in your phone book for a free clinic or try to seek state aid. If you ever need to go to the doctor for anything, not necessarily this, you'll be glad to know you can. Try stool softeners they are only a few dollars. Eat more foods with fiber. Try some of the foods listed on this site : http://www.healthcastle.com/high-fiber-foods.shtml

Get on a high fiber diet, along with prune and cranberry juice. This may help you become more relieved. Also try gentle laxatives.
If you don't pass bowel in more than another few more days, you should definately find a doc or free clinic and see if you can get help. You may have a bowel obstruction.

stress.
I had that 'whatever' once.
I finally got really scared and I got on my knees and prayed for God to help me.
NEXT day, I PROMISE, God helped my bowels to move.
He is an AWESOME God and He will help you with ANYTHING you want.
