**** to someone online that they have never seen or met before. Are we that petty that we can't brush it off. Remember most of these people have never seen or met or talked to the people that answer/ask questions. Also why is it that people are so easily offened by answers/questions on here???? Sorry I just needed to vent that!

Some self-righteous people just like to b*itch and whine. My theory is, even though there is nothing that offends me.....if you are offended by something.....don't read it, ignore it, quit your "holier-than-thou" attitude and quit judging other people. Most people that judge you are really trying to make themselves feel better or more righteous about their own sins or evils or whatever. If they scream and yell about other peoples, they won't be attacked for their own. But I personally have better things to do than give a f*uck about someone like that.

I'm 45, and can remember when this kind of "hit & run" hostility was unheard of.
Not to sound like an old fuddy-duddy, but I blame it on schools no longer including social skills in their curriculums. People just aren't being taught manners anymore -- including at home. When ill-mannered people have children, they bring up those kids without manners -- schools were a help in giving children SOME sort of instruction in proper social interaction.
So now we have people just flaring up immediately whenever they encounter anything that's contrary to their beliefs and opinions. And the anonymity of the Internet makes it even easier to spew venom at strangers.

could not tell you why they are offended so easily.. they are asking questions, not everyone is going to feel the same about the answer, but if enough people think different from me when I ask something , I will rethink how I am looking at that situation
