How do I report somebody...?

that is trying to NOT pay child support ? They have moved to avoid being served papers..??

Many states (assuming you are in the US) have a child support hot line. If you specify which state the child support is ordered in, we can help more. A good place to start is the Health and Human Services web listed below. They list by state.

Your best bet is to find the ex-spouse that they person is trying to avoid and let that him/her know where the person is.
