We have some untreated lumber with a little concrete dried on it. Is it safe to burn?

yes , i burn my old concrete forms all the time...but not in a woodstove or fireplace...

yes but i would burn outside in a barrow or fire pit there will be popping from the concrete getting hot.

The concrete will probably pop so make sure the screen is pulled or the doors closed. Most lumber is pine so I would use it for starting the fire.

It will kill the chickens if they get in to it I dont know if lye is a snake deterrent try spreading moth balls around the chicken pen this might work

Yes no problem, it just makes a little more debris in the ashes.
