Upgrading processor.........compatibility?

I have a P5RC-LA socket 775 motherboard with ATI Radeon Xpress 200 for Intel Processors chipset.

I was trying to upgrade to a pentium d processor but Im not sure if its compatible.

It looks like you can, but you can only upgrade to Pentium D 820 (2.8 Ghz). Thats the highest your motherboard will support.
