What happens to my bf's sperm when he cums inside me? Does it all come out straight away or does it leak out during the day?

Some semen comes out right away, some leaks out slowly & some stays, the job of your boyfriend's sperm is to get to your egg & fertilize it = you getting pregnant.

That sperm is what makes you pregnant, it doesn't come out.
