Affair, as in a love affair? Yeah, I've had some... and right thing? What's right anyway? All I know is that this is the only life ima ever get... so I try to live during those moments of passion I get.

I'll just tell you some of my own personal experience. 10 years ago when my hubby and I were married, his ex continuously told me he was still with her too. My husband was so "into" me and so wonderful that I didn't really believe it, but sometimes, the circumstances just seemed right like she was telling the truth. To this day, I don't know if she was telling the truth or not. She is infamous for being kooky and a liar. Who knows. Point is, the whole thing has destroyed my marriage...10 years later. For the past 9 years, he has been the model husband that all of us women want...with some minor flaws. But he would do anything for me and loved me unconditionaly. I though, could never get over some of the lies he did tell back then and held a grudge and haven't been the best wife because of that. A few months ago, he said he wanted to leave me. I've managed to keep him thusfar, but I'm pretty certain their is someone else in his life now. And for the crap I've given him for the past 9 years, I don't blame him, but I can't seem to fix it and I know I don't want to lose him. You have to let it go. It's horrible to create images in your head, they are very painful, but if you don't try to get rid of them, your marriage eventually will deteriorate and he wont even care to try anymore.

Doing the right thing may not always be the best thing. For some women whose spouses have mentally abused them and emotionally abused the affair maybe necessary to make them feel as beautiful as they really are. I am not condoning an affair or condemning one but it just maybe necessary. Can you read between the lines?

Yes. I'll not forget the affair to remember. But I'm now living the life to remember, with the man to keep.

Have a happy life.

I've had two. Both were very different men. The "affairs" were meant to be fun. We parted as friends. I will always remember them...they were special.

sometimes having 'an affair to remember' is the right thing. after all, you only live once.

I was faithful to the end with all my exes--they did have numerous affairs which I forgave them for until last chances got violated.
