Just last week ,,actually it was 25 hrs, but we only drove for 13 hrs first day and 12 the next..from PA to MS
I went in a 15 passenger van to MS to help volunteer for the hurricane victims,,It seemed like it was a long trip home but all I could think of ,,was at least I have a home to go to,,,so it wasn't bad at all...

When I was 11, I spent just over 18 hours on a Greyhound bus from Indianapolis to Washington, DC. It was torturously long but exciting as I was by myself, coming home after spending the summer with my aunt/uncle/cousins.
The next longest would have been about 10 hours. That is the longest I've ever driven.
