-new cell phone and or plan (no matter how many cells you've had its always gonna get old lol)

$0-500 buy tickets to a concert or fashion show they would like or if they are one of the girls that like photos then organize a photoshoot for her and her friends maybe with a professional photographer
$600+ maybe a small designer hangbag or clutch, those are always treasured
