net sites because I'm proud of them. Now my spouse wants them removed. Neither of us took them, they were done professionally. Who has ownership, or the right to post the photos?

Find out from ur spouse WHY she wants them off the internet.
if it's a legitimate reason, fine do so. if not, just continue to put them online- coz ur proud of ur childen..and tell that to her!

honestly they are photo's of your children too....what is she going to sue for pictures???? ridiculous really she cant make you take them off the site.....
on another note, just my opinion but why would you want to have your kids pics...plastered on a web site rather than in a nice frame on your wall..there are lots of perverts in the world you never know who is looking at them.... why not take some pictures on your own of your kids, develop them and put them into frames for your place?
