The American dollar is on it's way out if that's what your asking. Canadian dollars are worth more and with our national debt reaching unsustainable levels concerning payment......the U.S. economy and people are in a whole-heap of trouble!

The recent down is due to bad stock market news from Toronto and NY. This is just daily business and its all in the norms. However, the trend of the The US dollars to go down against other strong currencies (not only C$) will continue for a long period.
