My parent are fed up with me using all my room space for my books and they are making me get rid of them. I live close to Seattle,WA and i need to find somewhere close to me to donate my books. They are mostly childrens and teen books from when i was really little and now they just take up too much space, HELP!

You can donate books to libraries, schools, hospitals, and resale charity stores like Goodwill.

When my daughter outgrew her books I took them to our doctor's office and donated them. I donated some of my books to our local library.

Your local library - as long as they are in good condition - at least at the one I work for - they take them and sells them to benefit the library.

dont throw them out
if you HAVE to throw them out, recycle them after all that paper can be used again

to an orphanage, a school, a community center, a library, a thrift shop, a friend, sell it, a dentist, a doctor(waiting rooms) etc.
