4sin^2 x - 3 = 0
4sin^2 x = 3
sin^2x = 3/4
sinx = sqrt(3)/2
x = pi/3 and 2pi/3

well first you want to isolate the sin^2 x so add 3 and divide by 4 to get
sin^2 x=3/4
then take the square root so you get
sinx=(3/4)^1/2 which is the square root of 3/4
and then take the inverse sin (2nd sinx on your calculator) of the square root of 3/4 and that should give you your answer. oh and make sure your calculator is in radian mode and that your answer fits in the 0 hope this helped!

4sin^2x = 3
sin^2x = 3/4
sinx = sqrt3 / 2

x = pi / 3 (60°) for the interval indicated...) and 2pi / 3
