any scouts out there tell me what the avg time is to first??

out the box for a right hander and a left hander? along with the avg time for a catcher to get the ball down to second?

Somewhere between 3.5 to 4.5 seconds. Mickey Mantle was timed at 3.1 seconds hitting left handed which is amazing. After released from the pitchers hand it takes about one second to get to the catcher, another second for the catcher to release the throw, and two seconds to get from the catcher to second base which is 127 feet.
