You know I like to dancercise, so it's both. lol I think dancing is some of the best forms of exercise, but it's is so much fun too. Love the videos you give us, keep it up. Thanks!

I just love to dance..have a great dance partner, we go all the time...to hell with the exercise, it is just plain fun...and the exercise comes free with the dancing! We ballroom all 14 dances, from smooth to Latin..and love every minute of it. Nothing more fun than to be on a dancefloor with good music, loud, you get into the whole body/sound thing. Phil

I listened to music at home more than watch tv, so I am always dancing around the house. It is good exercise.Plus, it is fun!

I dance for play, and exercise and for the joy of dancing. I only dance alone or with my grandchildren these days, but love it still.
