it's not a question of beliefs, there are people who are bisexual and there are people who will say anything for attention. Just because some people say they're bi to sound cool doesn't make bisexuality any less valid than being gay or straight.

Yes we exist... and yes we fall in love with both sexes and yes we enjoy sexual encounters with both... there is however an issue of preference... and the impartiality of it cannot be denied... there is none...
there are gay people afraid to come out to hide from the truth but that just means they are gay and afraid they are not bisexual but that doesn't mean bisexuality is a myth... i tell everybody i'm a lesbian because i don't like to deal with the stigma... but even my wife says you are so straight... I can't win!!! if i say im straight then I'm gay and in denial... and if I say i'm bi I'm either in the closet or afraid or I want to be cool and liked...
Why is it so hard to understand that i like both penis and vaginas??? in my case not at the same time... it's confusing

As a bisexual woman, engaged to a bisexual man, yes. I believe in Bisexuals. Some people DO say it to be cool. But a majority of us are real.
I have been bisexual since before it was "cool".
Neither me or my fiance are hyper-sexed. I have only ever had sex with 3 people my entire life. I am not a nymphomaniac, I have never been molested, and I tried for a VERY hard for years to not be bisexual.
I am sexually attracted to men and women. Simple.

I grew up with parents who told me that people who say they are bisexual are just confused. I always disagreed with that statement. There are a lot of things that aren't always one extreme or the other. There can be some gray areas as well. Someone may be bisexual, and end up preferring one gender over the other, but it doesn't mean they lose attraction for the other gender because of that. There are some people, particularly girls who may abuse the term to appear "cool" because some guys like that in girls. But just because some people do that, doesn't mean everyone who claims to be bisexual is just looking for attention.

There's nothing wrong with being bi or gay. Maybe he says that to keep people from assuming that you're gay, since you are best friends. I think most people have bi desires but are too politically correct to try it. Maybe they are afraid that they'll like it. Anyway, being bi is cool.. and you get twice as much sex!!!

Your freind likes to place labels on people. Most people are bi and thats just part of human sexuality. Gay people are like those straight people who do not believe that same gener attraction as well as opposite gender attraction is in all of us. Gay is a political statement rather then one of sexuality and with all politicians they put a spin on everything that does not conform to their belief system. It sounds like he is the kettle calling the pot black. In other words he is trying to be cool and resents all others trying to upstage his coolness. Just be a human being and following your desires whichever direction they may lead and don't label..

bisexuality is a valid orientation just as is homosexuality or heterosexuality. In fact, very very few people are predominantly heterosexual or homosexual. According to Kinsey, on a scale of 0 to 6, most people fall somewhere between 1 and 5. So, maybe we're ALL a little bit bisexual.

Do you believe in people being straight? Your question has a very obvious answer. I don't "believe" in people being bisexual. I "know" people are bisexual. And I think your friend is highly judgmental. How can he say whether someone is strictly gay, straight, or bisexual? That is a choice that only that person can make. It doesn't matter whether you believe in it or not?

I think in a way everybody is bisexual....how many people have experimented with their own sex?? That are a lot of people, believe me!! It's just what do you prefer the most?? At this point I'm with a girl, but I also could fall in love with a guy....

I think a lot of young girls pretend for shock value - a lot of me say they are bi when they are really gay, but I do believe that there are people perfectly comfortable with both sexes.
So, yes I believe bisexuals exist.
