yes a no carb no bread protein diet also cut off all the junk food and no juice or soda only water
it's been going great for about a year now lost lots of weight but now I just do it to maintain.

Nope. The best kind of diet is to cut down on fatty foods, potato chips, chocolate, alchohol ect. I works for me :)
