Can anybody tell me what has happened that would cause Yahoo to contact me and tell me that whilst they were investigating 'Malicious reporting' and 'Abuse of the report facility' it was found that I had been the victim of such malice and that the perportrator had been suspended, my account re-instated (check for yourself)and the situation is being monitored, and best of all I have a phone number and a designated member of the Yahoo Answers team to call?

It´s great to see you back!
It´s about time that the nonsense perpetrated by a malicious few stopped spoiling the enjoyment of decent posters.
Maybe Yahoo will see what´s been going on and current events can return to what it was because recently the content of these boards has veered between the downright shocking abusive posts and puerile gang warfare.

Well I began to wonder as you seemed to stop posting.
Glad that Yahoo are finally getting the message, god knows I spent a whole Sunday on the phone and sending faxes to every department I could get a number for.
I even complained to my ISP that pays Yahoo for access to these services, they were astounded that this type of thing was happening.

Well hello there.So sorry to hear of your troubles.I hope they are all sorted now.
Were you also a victim of the serial reporter gang?
I have been on quite a few of these sites over the years but as yet have never seen so much volatile behavior amongst the posters.
There is a poster on here who speaks to people with such disparaging remarks and they are so hurtful,especially to the women he degrades.
Were you a victim of his i wonder.

I have heard this type of thing happens a lot. But then people come on as other ids and raise hell because they think they are anonymous. But they get caught out by being just as malicious as they always were.....
