What is your top choice (first and middle) name for a boy and a girl? Please only put your top choice for each. So include a first and middle name for a boy and one for a girl.
Ours top choices today are
Addison Noelle
and
Carter Lane
What do you think of these 2 names?
We aren't prego yet but have been trying for 16 months now and are just thinking of names we like.

Carter is for a boy and we can also spell Lane like Laine. It is a name we heard of when we watched the movie "8 Seconds". Even though it is a sad movie we liked the name.

Cindy M- that is so funny about the Noelle and Christmas thing because my family and friends say NOT to use it if the baby is born at Christmas because people will think that it is the only reason we chose that name. So I am glad people are thinking about it both ways because we weren't even thinking Christmas when we first saw the name Noelle in a baby name book.

We have picked Lily Marie or Isabelle Rose for a girl and Michael David for a boy (it honors both the grand-dad's)
I love both of your names. We had also thought about Kathryn Layne for a girl. I love Noelle, but my only niece is Serena Noelle, so that's out for us...

I love Addison Noelle, my baby's middle name is Noelle. I am not a fan of Carter though. Good luck with the baby!!
We are thinking of the name
Larkin Nichole for a girl or
Adrian Joshua for a boy.

Carter Lane is honestly down the road to the next town where I live.... so Imma say no to that one.
Addison Noelle is very pretty (especially the Addison part). Nice choice.
My #1's are a bit different, and some people may hate them :s
Liana Lori ( I use family names for middle )
Jake Eric ( Another family name )

Addison Noelle is cute but I would only name her Noelle if she was born at Christmas time, I would have another "N" name in reserve and Carter Lane is nice.
These would be my top choices:
Keelin Maeve, Keely Shae or Aislinn Esme for a girl and Magnus Drury, Magnus Dorian, or Emmett Dorian for a boy.

Is Carter Lane for a boy? It sounds kind of like a girls name with "Lane" as the middle. Addison Noelle is nice, howeve I still think of Addison as being a very masculine name. They are both unique, potentially unisex names. I think whatever you choose will be great.
And I can't tell you my favs or else you'll take them and they'll become common too...:(

If only it were that easy. ;) If forced to choose today, however, we'd likely go with:
Talulla Eleanor
or
Ewan Dexter
As to those listed, I actually quite liked Addison a few years back, before it became the *new* Madison (shooting up the list at an unprecedented rate, in case you weren't aware), but I wouldn't pair it with an N middle name (since it already ends in N, causing the two to run together).
Carter Lane is fine, though I actually know OF a Carter Ln. (likely a fairly common street name, considering the president of the same surname). Not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of ahead of time.
Good luck TTC!
