I think it comes from a lot of so called NON PROFIT organizations set up to help the "poor" (wink, wink) and filtered into the hands of terrorists. It also comes from members of radical mosques all over the world, including the USA.

The largest source of funds for Al Quida is Saudi Arabia. In addition to private funds, the Saudi government funds the Islamic schools (madrassas) that are the main recruiters of Al Quida's members. The balance of their funds come from various illegal enterprises the most profitable of which is the opium trade in Afganistan.

Bush, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and some independent entities. And, lets not forget the cozy relationship between Pakistan's ISI and the CIA and Al Qaeda. It's quite a triadal relationship going on there.

My guess. al Queda gets it's money from the USA through our oil purchases from Saudi Arabia and other middle eastern nations.

That money eventually filters through their economies and some of it makes it's way to terrorist groups by sympathizers in those economies.

Iran, Jordan, Pakistan, and other countries, and lots of independent entities. Mainly in the middle east.

The distribution is done internaly. They actualy have a fairly advanced financial system. It has been pretty crippled in the past 6 years, but still fairly strong.

Private donations that are overseen by only themselves.
They are not funded by governments of countries
but by private individuals who hate us for our
greedy self-serving government that
accepts private donations from
big corporations.

To them, our government is the evildoers.
