Move on, she is playing games with you and you are allowing it. Marriage is a commitment. She is "not" committed to yours.

Two weeks break is reaonable, anything more than that could be mind bothering.... If there is pure love and true compassion between you both, then, there was no need coming on here to ask evil minds like ours this question. It may end up confusing you and destroying the relationship you both have. Take care and stay blessed.

Its obvious your wife needs a lot of attention and when she is not getting enough she leaves so you call her back if she wants to be with you ask her point blank and if she can't give you a real answer than take that and really think what kinda marriage is that.
Do you have kids?
If not it is a lot easier.
Has she had a lot of let downs with loved ones?
Counselling.

No, there are no "breaks" from marriage.
Obviously your wife doesn't feel that you are so wrong for her that she finds it necessary to get out, close the door forever. She seems to want the option to dance in and out of the marriage, as it suits her.
That's not what marriage is about. If she can't commit to the marriage than she should commit to being out of it. One way or the other.

She has done this before and you want to move on with your life after only a month.
Why did you even bother getting married?

u haven't given us much to go on...why has she moved out? why does she feel like you guys need to take a break?
it sounds like there's not very good communication in your relationship, and her solution to problems is to basically run away from them. you guys really need to talk about ur problems and try to come up with solutions. that's what u have to do in relationships to make them work: COMMUNICATE.
