Humans are the result of a continuous process of evolution, the primitive human don't looked like the actual ones, this is due to a constant change in living habits, development of the intelligence and environment changes..
Of course, for those ones who look the God's hand into the basket, they are right, nothing of these evolutionist events could have happened without the intervention of God, as all what happens in the universes.
The difference is how, rationally I can not accept the humans were made just blowing on a ball of clay, but through a long and uninterrupted evolutive process. The same question we could make regarding the rest of living species.
