No .... not right now ....... but sometimes I do ..... take alittle time to spend on your own ..... go for a walk ..... take a bath ..... find a nice spot in the house and listen to some music ....... how ever you do it, just take alittle time for yourself and reflect on your life and what is going on in it .... it really helps ...... hope this helps ..... = )
